121+k on my 99 with a 46RE and no major problems so far. If and when I need to replace it, I will most likely be going with a Dr. Evil reman trans. They are built better and stonger than just a basic rebuilt or reman tranny. $1750 for their basic Street Evil trans, $2495 for their all out performer which is more than most daily driven trucks will need. Plus labor at whatever the going rate is in your area.

I had a little over 100,000 miles on my 1996 1500 Ram 4x4 when I had the auto tranny rebuilt (it was slipping). I do a lot of flat-towing my Jeep with the truck, so that doesn't help it any. Paid close to $3000, but they did some other work too, and put in a shift kit. I probably paid too much at the time, but at the time I didn't have time to be shopping around and such. I've put 60,000 miles on the rebuilt tranny so far and so-far-so-good. It's been a good truck so far. It has 3.55 gears and 265/75/16" tires.
Other things I've fixed/replaced since I've owned it (since new in 1996): Timing chain (slipped a cog), plenum gasket (of course), water pump (since they had it off when changing the timing chain; plus it was starting to leak), catalytic converter & muffler, windshield, it's on its4th set of tires & 4th battery, painted in 2004(silver paint was peeling bad), radiator replaced recently, 3rd set of shocks (Rancho 5000), second steering damper, and a new Moog track bar. Replaced brake shoes up front twice. New stereo and door speakers. Still has the original hubs and rotors up front, original u-joints all around, original freon in the AC, and rear brake shoes (I should check those again). I've been very happy with my truck.

Mine has 130k plus miles and the tranny seeks to leak alot, but not from the gasket since I've already replaced that along with the fluid. It also slips up and down a gear when the engine is first running and warming up while gently pressing on the accelerator or just holding it just above idle. I think those issues are sensor related, at least I hope...I can't tell you if the tranny has been rebuilt or not since I've only had this truck for a few months. I can tell you that when I do need a rebuild, I will definitely spend the money on a Dr. Evil or something of that nature. I won't put the money into this same one when I can get better for the same money or even if I spend a little more.
