So got a great deal off craigslist. 50% worn wild country 315/75 15s. $50.00.Will they fit or rub. It almost seems that they'll fit the front but not the back. It looks like they will rub on the wheel wells agaist the bed. Any suggestions besides having them mounted and trying them?

im runnin 265/75/15 wrangler TD'son my 97 4x2 1500 stock and i still clear about 1.5 inches at full turn, and of course with those huge wheel wells plenty of room all around 315/75/16's are gonna be 34.6" tall and about 13" wide where mine are 30.6" tall and 10.5" wide so @ full turn yourprobably going to need about 1.5" spacersbut its hard to say wish i could be more help

Right now I have 265/75 16s. They fit great. No rubbing. I just want to go bigger. Without a lift. I wanna fill all that room in the wheel wells. I want wider and taller.

My friend put a set of 305/70/16 on his 95 ram and they rubbed in the front just a little when he cranked the steering wheel all the way. The back tires fit fine. I think the 315/75/16 are gonna be to big.

I run BFG AT 17" 315's on my '01 Off Road. They rub at full lock.

No way 315 will fit a stock truck without some major cutting. You will need at least a 3" lift (if you want to stay on the street), and a 5" lift to off road the truck.

I have a 1998 1500 with 315/75/16 on stock rims. They rub at full lock. I did this for two years before I put coil spacers (more for looks than function). I don't go in more than mud with it but they work great!

Thats with no cutting anything. I don't know what I could cut to make it so it wouldn't rub at all.
