Trying to park with the nose of the vehicle up hill may be worth it to keep the door drain working.

This product sprayed or poured into the seam at the bottom of the door might be better than plain motor oil:

I have the same problem on the driver's door of my ram as well. I'm actually getting a body shop to fix it for me next week. Probably just gonna get a replacement panel welded in and fiberglassed. Hopefully that will fix the problem for good.

Same crap with mine. Bottom of driver door and bottom of my tailgate. Tailgate has it worse.

I took a closer look at mine and the drain holes are clear. It almost looks like it's just surface rust right at the bottom of the drivers door. I'll have a pro look at it and decide what to do. Maybe I can get lucky and just clean it up, spray on some primer and hit it with the bedliner stuff all along the bottom.
