Sagging Front Bumper Ends
I know this is here somewhere, but after looking thru 30+ pages, I'll just start a new thread. The outside bumper ends are sagging earth-ward, and I don't like it. I have a 2000 1500 4x4 QC with 153,352 mile on her. She still runs like a raped ape, and looks pretty good all things considered. I have seen lots of our favorite trucks with this problem and know someone here has the answer to; Why is the bumper sagging, and how do I fix it?
Help a brother out!! Email, PM or post, I'll be looking.

easy to adjust. there are several bolts on the bumper brackets and bracing. all are 18mm, you might need a deep well. all will be rusty. spray with a penetrating oil like pb-blaster for a day or two and let it soak so you don't break the bolts. then loosen them all up with pull handle or impact. wiggle them around until everything is loose and floppy and movable. i put a floor jack under mine to hold it place while i snugged it up. adjust evetyhing around even and level, then tighten it all back up. you can do both front and back. tip - once you've got it adjusted, don't pull anything with the bumper or it'll yank it back out of place.
