Default Converting to Power Windows/Locks

Any Advice on if this can be done and how?

I have some ideas and wanted to see if anyone can tell me if I am dreaming or not.
1. From the wiring schematics, the power windows require no interface with any modules. The switches are totally autonomous and only need a wire run from the power distribution center and a fuse. (and of course new door panels, window track, motor, and switches).

2. The door locks are controlled by the CTM module (central timer module) and that option is not available on the base CTM (what is in my MY01 2500). My plan is to get a highline CTM and splice the additional door lock wires into the harness. However, I would like not to populate the wires to the CCD (Chrysler Collision Databus) because this functionality controls the vehicle theft prevention system. Would this blow any faults or prevent the CTM from running? I would need to get a DRB tool to program the CTM but I have some connections.

And finally, if all of this is successful, could I get a new remote transmitter and learn it to my new CTM?

Sorry for the long post...first time poster.

Take it easy..
Josh
