VIN Engine Code

The engine code in the VIN for my truck translates to 5.9L V8 MPI (LD). Anyone know what the "LD" means? I tried to think but couldn't come up with anything...

yep LD = Light Duty

its ither a 1500 or a 2WD 2500 right, they came with the LD 5.9'

also if its a 5-speed itll have the NV 3500 insted of the
