i was wondering what size tire you have. i have a fisher 8ft plow and i run 265's (stock) right now. i need to get new tires and want to get 285's (i know they fit without the plow) and im wondering if they would rub cause of the weight from the plow.

When I first read this thread I thought someone stole my truck! Then I noticed the plow was not a Meyer. I have mine on a 99 Ram 2500 QC. I have had the Meyer and Western and they are both great plows. Been runnin my Meyer for 3-1/2 years now with no problems. The dodges do a great job too. Keep looking at my plow sittin in the corner and hoping for snow. Last year I didnt even get to use it til mid January. Hope it doesnt take so long for winter to here this year!

mine are the stock 265's as well, i wouldnt go 285's for plowing, they will likely suck, the skinnier the tire the better for snow.

and yes dr i love the dodges, they plow great, got any pics of you're truck?
