Gas Mileage..
No leave the "o/d off" button alone. What I mean is when you are accellerating kick your foot down hard enough on the gas that your tranmission will kick into 3rd gear, or at least unlock the torque converter, but don't smash it down so hard that it shifts into 2nd and rev out. Accellerate slowly, but not so slowly that it feels like you're choking the truck out. know what I mean?
LOL your explanation was fantastic. But yes, I know what you mean. I'll keep you guys updated on the MPGs with the new driving habits. I'll be excited if this alone can get me back into the 10's again. Then with the other things, perhaps higher up the scale.
Yes sadly. I'd like to save up for the Volant intake system. I also plan to be running the pacesetter longtube headers with the matching y-pipe, so I hope that is going to gain some horsepower and mpgs. It's just going a little slow again right now.
