Just one other question guys... Can i use a pre magnum block? Like a fireball or poly block? Will it fit my truck?

Theres plenty of these out here cause they were standard issue in Valiants

the older blocks are completley different as far as swapping heads and intake etc, youd be setting yourself up a carbureted motor if you do so. its odd how there would be a salvage dealer down there that would have a wrote off ram or dakota there you could grab the motor out of. in my journey for an engine i wound up buying a whole truck and pulled the motor out because it would up being more bang for my buck lol
