Default Build sheet request

I went to the Dodge site to request my build sheet for my truck last week and still haven't recieved it. How long did it take you all to get yours? My dad called the local dealership and got no luck from them either. Won't ever take my truck to them again unless there is a recall. This is so frustrating.

I don't remember for sure how long it took to get a reply with my buildsheet but I think it was just a day or two. The website address I used was: customerassist@daimlerchrysler.com Good luck

You know, some dealer employees are really lazy. I've worked in dealer parts dept. for over 20 years. Both GM and Dodge, currently in a GM Honda shop. All it takes is a few seconds. Type in a Vin # and then do a screen print of the options. Works the same for ADP or R&R systems. If your dealer is not willing to do this little step for you FIND A NEW ONE. If I was still at a Dodge shop Id help.

I won't be going there again unless I have no choice. Definitely won't have any service done there.
