Oh nice, but i do notice that my front end is slightly a little lower than the back. Think I'll be alright? and do you have a picture of your truck? I'd really like to see how it would look.
Sorry guys, i dont think my truck is an offroad package because its a 1995. It says offroad on it on the back, not the tail gate but on the side of the bed towards the tail light. it looks like it could fit the 285's no problem.
285s didnt rub on my 97 ram 4x4 but i got a set of 305/70/16s on some cheap ultra wheels from a friend for like nothing they rubbed a little but im fixing to put offroad springs in the front and i bought some offroad style rims and they are wrapped in toyo open country at rubber 285/70/17 so when i get the spings and some offroad gears we'll see what happens
Most of the rubbing issues people get with 285's is becuase of the backspacing on stock rims. Stock dodge Non offroad rims have about 5.5 inches of backspacing which tucks the tire in alot. The tire generally only rubs on the control arm on full lock. You can fix this buy getting different rims. A larger lift will help but is not necessary.
