front end of your truck is 2 inches thats stock

Sorry guys, i dont think my truck is an offroad package because its a 1995. It says offroad on it on the back, not the tail gate but on the side of the bed towards the tail light. it looks like it could fit the 285's no problem.

yea and by hard right steering i meant when the wheel is locked completly right too, i just jerk the wheel a little to get it off the control arm

285s didnt rub on my 97 ram 4x4 but i got a set of 305/70/16s on some cheap ultra wheels from a friend for like nothing they rubbed a little but im fixing to put offroad springs in the front and i bought some offroad style rims and they are wrapped in toyo open country at rubber 285/70/17 so when i get the spings and some offroad gears we'll see what happens

my 1/2 with 285s never rubbed you have a 3/4 ton you have nothing to worry about

Most of the rubbing issues people get with 285's is becuase of the backspacing on stock rims. Stock dodge Non offroad rims have about 5.5 inches of backspacing which tucks the tire in alot. The tire generally only rubs on the control arm on full lock. You can fix this buy getting different rims. A larger lift will help but is not necessary.

well i kind of like my stock rims surprisingly. Will it be ok? right now i have tiny 245/75/16's i definitely want to fill the wheel wells up.

I never rubbed when I had my 285's on stock rims.
