Hey,
I just bought a 99, 4x4, ext cab, 318, with 104k Km for $16500 cdn. The guy also had a 2000, 4x4, ext cab, 318 with similar milage for $18k cdn. Its still availible if your looking.

 

I'd recommend you either get a manual transmission, or a Ram 4x4 which has a rebuilt tranny with a transferable warranty. I'm looking at nearly $2,000 in transmission repairs on a vehicle with only 50,000 miles.

If your sure you want a Ram, at the very least, pay the $40.00 and have the tranny tested by a disinterested shop before purchase, IMHO.
