Default 2000 Ram 1500 wiring

My 2000 Ram 1500 has no dash instrumentaion light and no tail lights.I have Brake lights and turn signal.I have checked the fuses and all are good.I know I could find the problem with a wiring diagram if anyone could help me I would appreciate it.Thanks.

did you check one of the 2 bigger fuses in the fusebox in the dash? one of them is for the park/dash lights and when i blew mine i missed them first over

Most of the time when people have this problem it is the protected fuse in the block at the driver side door. I know you said you tested it but we have all heard the before.
