No I have not got it fixed yet. I tried everything other than buying a new part for it. Cost at the dealership is $262.00 I just don't have it to spend. I stayed at home all day today because it still don't work. I chased down all the vacuum lines and even sprayed wd 40 in the vacuum motors lines like they explained.

Took my truck to the dealer today. My problem turned out to be vacuum lines at the intake manifold. A few months back I had the plenum gasket replaced by a local retired mechanic. He hurt his back before he could finish the repair. So his son finished it for him. Evidently he didn't get the vacuum lines back on correctly.[sm=bangbang.gif]

4WD now working. Good luck on finding your problem and fixing it.[sm=gears.gif]

Generally its the CAD Vacuum Shift Motor that goes bad. It must get moisture in the vacuum diapram and then gets rusty and then won't move back an forth. Sometimes you can clean then up with WD-40 and get them working freely again and other times you need to replace them or convert over to posi-lok. I found a method that only costs about $25 to do. I ened up using a locking choke cable instead of what this shows though. Here it is; http://home.earthlink.net/~stevensch...h/cabledis.htm
