WHAT THE HARDEST WORK YOU HAVE DONE??
Most nerve wracking? Tearing apart my tranny to replace a band. Wasn't really that hard, but needed to get it back together and on the road so there was a little pressure to get it done quickly. Engine work doesn't bother me either, I enjoy doing that kind of thing. Waterpump, Radiator, AC Compressor also were all easy.
Honestly though, the thing that frustrated me the most was trying to trace down a leak in my EVAP system. Ended up being a very small pinhole caused by the hose clamp holding one of the hoses to the canister on the frame rail.

So far for me the hardest thing ive done was swap the headers, usually a pretty easy job but mine were rusted to all hell and bolts kept snapping off in the block. But we prevailed and have nice performance headers. Next will be pulling engine and complete rebuild. Gonna be fun.
The hardest one for me was paying almost 2 grand for new gears and a limited slip installed. That was hard to accept.
The most difficult mod I did myself was probably the control arms for my 3" suspension lift. The lowers were very easy, but the uppers were a serious pain in the ***. Other then that, all the other mods I have done have been very easy.

Did a straight axle swap on my friends 4-runner. That was a pretty intense build, not a Dodge though.
Silver_Dodge, that price is insane for a limited slip and gears.

My worst was getting the front ujoints out of the yokes...
Hydralic press broke all of the caps... they were in there so tight... I tryed heat, lube TONS of pressure.. seems like I had over 10,000 lbs of presure pushing on them with the press... Ended up torching the ujoints in half and chizzleing the caps out... that was like a 5 hour project just getting 2 damn ujoints out of my axles.
