My Header and Y-Pipe are in..... F**K!
Don't sweat it. Those primaries are 1 3/4". You aren't going to have a problem with flow. The only thing you don't want to have any berries, flux, or poor welds on are the mating surface of the flanges. The rest is just cosmetic. You'll really like it when you get it all hooked up. I've just done the cat back so far and had a huge grin on my face the whole time I drove home from the mufler shop. looks like you've removed just about every restriction in there except maybe switch to a round filter setup and mod the kegger.
Tubing is tough to weld. You have to be able to control the molten pool of metal when you weld to get a rally clean, tight weld. When you can't move the part to keep the puddle on top, it gets a little more difficult. A lot has to do with knowing metalurgy and knowing what metal flows best at what voltage and amperage.

critical about welds. I am relieved to hear I won't have to worry flow.
*UPDATE*
The replacement headers have shipped as of friday. I switched out my 18" magnaflow muffler that was on backorder for a 14" and recieved it on thursday. Just crossing my fingers that the new headers arrive undamaged. I am going to send the flex pipe I ordered back along with a collector flange and flange gasket. Kinda realized I don't really need it and I can use the return money to purchase intake/heads gasket I forgot to buy for my plenum replacement job. G/D I've got alot on the 'list'. Complete replacement of the exhaust, Hughes plenum kit intsall, Kegger mod, Sonic injector clean, and possibly 180* t-stat. I kinda have to do it all in one shot because of life room availability. I'm confident I'll have a noticeable change in performance.

at 1st you wont really feel the power but couple days later you will be able to tell the difference and you mite gain mpg

I definately noticed a gain instantly. the pcm caught up and just made it feel a little better.I noticed a larger gain in mpg when I switched to 02 sims for the rear, rather than when the pcm learned.
