Default My Header and Y-Pipe are in..... F**K!

Well I finally, after a MONTH, got my headers and y-pipe in. THEY ARE BOTH F***'N DENTED! AAARRRGGGG! I'm keeping the y-pipe because its dented on the flared end and I can fix that. The headers on the other hand have dents in the piping and some small scratches in the armor coating. I'm not mad at the distributer, it looks like it all happened in shipping (dented boxes). It sucks, my cat is clogged and I'd like to get this fixed up. Well anyway, I couldn't stop myself from doing a crude mock-up of the cat-forward pieces I have in my living room. I think it looks pretty sweet, can't wait to hook this stuff up.

Your set-up looks sweet. Makes me wish I didn't buy the Edelbrock Ceramic shorties now.

That sucks about the dents man, hope they ship you back some good ones quick.

It's too bad pacesetter is the only company that makes longtube headers for our trucks [:@]

I'm thinking I may end up with them too, I just wish Gibson or Edelbrock made longtubes...

Honestly probably not too dented to use at all. The thing is I waited 1 month for them to finally show up and when they do the items are both dented and the armor coat(which costs extra money) is scratched threw. The one dent that bothers me has a crease in it. I'm just annoyed enough to make them send a good set

There's definetly no reason you should have to deal with that crap. It's bad enough the wait on parts like this without the ****ing retards no knowing how to package **** right. Some bubble wrap and packing peanuts go along way.

I feel you. I just hate waiting for stuff that I want. I wanted a Dodge truck, instead of the Focus I was driving, so that's why I ended up with a 2wd. First one I found that was in my price range. I didn't even think about 4X4 until I was driving home, then I kicked myself :P Like I said above, let's hear it when you get 'er done.

tell me about it. these headers only came with two thin sheets of stirofoam that weren't even wrapped around them, just tossed in the side of the box. they were each in thier own plastic bag and spent the trip to my house clanging together in the box.
