Default 2500 CTD Heater Issues

I Caught this morning that the Dodge I bought was COMPLETELY empty (As far as the reserve bottle) on Coolant...So I filled that up to the full line, but the Heater wont blow out Very hot air....I'd say it's probably in the 70 - 75 degree range...Just curious as to what I can do other than add coolant to make it blow out some hotter air...Or if it's a totally other problem :::groans:::
