Default 1999 RAM ABS & brake LIGHT on & brake is engaged

Iam owner of a 1999 dodge ram this morning both abs & brake lighton, but also the brakes are engaged,asI drive I can feel the brakes locked ??? Does anyone know if there is a reset sensor button to disengage the brakes?????

there is no rest this is not a home computer setup
have the codes scanned for the ABS and go from there.

you may have:

low brake fluid

blown wheel cylinder

faulty rear brakes (drum)

sounds like you need to roll around and check each individual brake at each wheel. jack the wheel up and spin it by hand. does it turn? do you see a lot of wetness behind it?

I'd lean more towards either the master cyl. (and/or associated subsystems such as the proportioning valve) or somthing in the ABS because the brakes are engaged.
