I know it might have been answered many times........... But here I go. My original fog lights are looking dark and the lenses smokey.

Is there a fog light that can be used as a replacement (factory replacements exspensive). Has anybody had any success in replacing them with an aftermarket fog light.

Yea I've Heard there is an after market thats much brighter and the same bulb works with it.. but i havnt done it myself. I also have a question about fog lights.. well not really the light.. but what is that plastic cover that goes around the fog light called.. and where could i get a hold of one for my 99 dodge ram?

I repaced mine with a set that are designated for the 99-02 non sport models. They have the clear lense and are a little brighter. Got them off e-bay. They are Depot brand. There is a close up of it in my pics.
