Default crank but no start

Hi everybody, Hope someone can help me. I have a 1999 Dodge ram 2500,v10,manual trans. Cranks over fine but will not start. This problem came on all of the sudden with no symptoms at all. I have checked for fire at the coil packs and there is fire. It will try to start if you spray starting fluid in the intake. Does anybody have any ideas on how to trouble shoot this problem?
Thanks to anybody that can help.

First, check for codes. If any, tell them to us. If not, check for spark by placing a plug on the block, then cranking it. If you have spark, check your fuel pressure while it is cranking.

UPDATE, UPDATE Over $350 spent and popped the cover off my fuse box under the hood, started tapping onall the relays while the truck was runnin when i tapped the ASD relay it died, so pulled the relay from thehorn threw itin and wa la. no more problem.NOW I KNOW .I had a similar problem yesterday, driving down a busy street and truck died. Tried to restart in traffic, nothin. Put my foot on the gas pedal, cranked it over and bam it started, drove about 15 minutes and it died again. Did the same thing to start it over and over from about 2 pm till 6 pm all over this busy city cause I was 65 miles from home. Bout 6 pm it was all over on the second busiest street in town, called my buddy he brought his chevy and trailer and we got it home. Replaced fuel pump today and started right up, back out of the shop let it run bout 20 min got in and it died. Now what, any ideas would be much appreciated. All better now.
