I know this thread is old but did your brother ever do anything different with the exhaust on his truck? If so what and how does he like it?

lol shocked me when I saw the thread. But no, he hasn't had a chance to swap the mufflers out yet. However, he did get the doug thoryley tri-y headers in since this thread and a camshaft, so she sounds great. But he still plans to have the cats gutted and eithe cherry bomb extremes or flowmaster 10 series installed within the next month. So much **** went down with our truck this winter though. His truck got a $3500 bill in February. Then right when I had great bragging rights on him because of his huge bill, my truck throws a transmission, and I topped him with a $4,000 bill lol, so I lost bragging rights one day after he got his truck back lol. He had to have both of his heads taken out to be replaned, and one of them had to be replaced. Then while he was in there, had his waterpump changed, a camshaft put in, and a new timing chain. A lot of bull****, but his truck has been running great since February. Mine however has yet to see a month of pure running since December lol. Hopefully after this rearend, I will get some use out of this truck before it's next major repair. Thanks for asking though, will update for sure when he does!
