Yes or No, If you already have flowmasters does a high flow cat make it louder?
Just what it says,
I already have hedman headers, and duel flowmaster 40 series...but it needs to be alittle louder.

Well that really depends on if you have a cat presently or not. You don't say that part. If you do have a cat then yes it will give you some more volume. to get even louder then that would be putting a pipe in place of the cat. To remain legal which seems to be important to some people then a high flow cat would be the ticket.
i would say yes it should, but i dont think it will be too much louder. if you want loud, just gut the cat you have. that way you look legal. look up 20dodgeneon00 he has some videos on you tube with a gutted cat with a flowmaster super 44 and hes loud as ****.
When I added my highflow cat, it definetly made it a little louder. Going from a Flowmaster 50 to a Flowmaster Super 40 made it even more loud.
