foglights

Default foglights

i have a 01 1500 4x4 standard cab with the SLT package, of course it has foglights, one thing that frustrates the hell out of me is when i flick the high beams on the fogs turn off.....is there anyway to keep them on when the highbeams are on????????

I do not know how the lights are working, if both the headlamps and the foglights are controlled by relays, then you could run a jumper wire with a diode from the high beam relay switch side to the foglight relay switch side.

why do you need foglights with highbeams?
highbeams arent good in the fog,thats prob why they made them like that.my 01 dak was the same way.

I have a 2006 2500, the Bully Dog triple dog tuner allows you to use your highbeams with your foglights on.

thats nothin. when i flip from my high beams to low i lose the head lights completely <-spelling? i've almost ran off the road because of this.
