vss on the tranny?

Default vss on the tranny?

can anyone tell me where the vehicle speed sensor is on the tranny?...there are three sensors with wires going to them....one on top one on the bottom and one towards the back of the tranny...i dnt kno which one of the three it is?

the vssshould the one towerd the back of the trany.the two on the front should beinput speed sensers

1994-1995
have a gear driven sensor
on the rear driver side
of the 46RH automatic transmission

A year or two after 1995
the rear wheel anti-lock or ABS sensor above the differential
was made to do two roles
and became the speed sensor for the OBD-II computer system

so the one in the back could be the one with the metal on the tip from being magnetic and cause it to shift funny....i mean that the one in the back is the vss sensor???

i thought i read a post that stated that someone took out there sensor and cleaned it cause it was magnetic and put it back in and it was shifting ok after that but i cant find it...so i was wanting to know if anyone remembered that post???
