the plastic rivets that hold the inner front plastic fenders in place
can cause a hard to find front end squeak
so check them to see if any have broken or come loose

there is a TSB on 2nd Gen Rams
about a squeak where the dash meets the metal frame of the truck
on the driver's side

Wouldn't a sqeak from that occure when in motion and when stopped? The squeak doesn't occur when stopped, just when moving and it is more of a constant squeak (sqeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk) than a sqeak, sqeak, sqeak...
