Default Reasonably Price?

Hope this is the right place to post. So I found a RAM in my area but it seems to have allot of miles. Opinions please.

Dodge RAM 1500
1997
Extended cab short box 4x4, black, 156k miles, automatic 318 V8, posi with 4:10 gears,5 inch lift with brand new 35 inch BFG's, fender flares, nerf bars, kc's, brushguard, chrome strip, lighted visor, dual exhaust, tow package, keyless entry, too many extras to list... $7500 OBO

After speaking with him he said he changed oil, trans oil, all filters every 3000 miles. It also has a medium grade sound system. Transfer case replaced 140k. 2 inches suspension lift with 3in body.

Thank you.

Hmm, 35's and 4.10's and a 318= slow, not too much giddy up, I tell him 6000 take it or leave it

i wouldnt worry about the miles as much as the abuse, like he had to change the transfer case that only comes with serious abuse, get him to lower the price to 5500 to 6 then go for it

personally i'd look for a '00 or '01, as well as one without a lift.
price wise on that one i'd say about 5500. kbb agrees.
i paid $6500 for my stock 01 2 years ago w/120k miles.

Way too much $$, I just picked up a 2000, with 99K miles, quad cab, rino linned, dual exhaust, possi, tow pkg, very clean and well kept, one owner, 5.9L for $6,900. Am looking to sell my old 96 quad cab SLT 5.2 with 115k miles for under $4,000 (needs paint, previous owner used bad stuff and it's flaking off).
