Default Question about hub bearings

Will hub bearing for 4 wheel anti lock work in a non anti lock truck. My truck is a 2000 and I found a good deal on hub bearings but they are for anti lock. I'm thinking they would work, but not 100% sure.

If the hubs are for ABS and I don't have ABS why would the light be on? there would be nothing to hook the wire to.
