I believe you can just stick the BB hose in the bottle as the engine vaccuum will suck it in. Then kill the truck when you hear can go empty and let it sit.

The way I do it is this: I'll start the engine, and then, while it's running, I'll remove the brake booster line and quickly cap the line with my thumb. Then, I'll use my thumb as a sort of throttling valve, uncovering a small amount of the hose and pouring in the Seafoam. I keep doing this until I've poured in the entire bottle, and then I let it run its course.

I seem to get better results this way than by doing it verbatim by the bottle.
