I know my quad cab uses 6.5", just installed them after Xmas.
try using a site such as crutchfield to find out the size.

http://www.mjmautoinnovations.com/dodge 94-01 are all the same on speaker size 6x9 in front and 5.25 in the rear. Where I found my info mine doesnt have rear speakers and want to put some in there

They certainly aren't 6x9. Maybe it might have had the infinity system? Its got an aftermarket head unit, and the door panels aren't cut, the are factory.
