Default center bearing assembly

How much up and down and side to side movement is allowable on the center bearing assembly.Have a vibration.

Does any one please have any insght on this subject?Ihave changed the center bearing assembly twice before(100-150K is what they lasted)but they were destroyed. This time it just seems to have alot of play in it.

I would think they should last longer than 50,000 or so. Is the truck lifted? If it is check or have the U-joint angles checked.

No the truck is not lifted it is stock and I meant they lasted 100 to 150K X 2 each.Factory one makes 1 and I have put two on it=3.My truck has almost 405K on it now.

There a tsb to replace two piece driveshaft to a one piece. TSB 03-05-96, You can have the dealer bring the tsb or I can send it to you. just send a pm. Leonard
