Look into the special kit of double headed bits at Sears tool department
or ask your better mechanic friends to lend you some
left handed drill bits...not joking here, the left handed bits work a surprising percentage of the time and when they don't you can still use an ease-out.
Chrysler's official dealership sold 'rust penetrant' that is a grey foam with little bits of graphite works amazingly well and is worth trying to loosen the broken bolt threads beforehand.
