ive heard your supposed to cut like a diamond pattern in the cats. is this true? what size cuts should i make in it?

in the shell? i just pound the center out and look inside to make sure all of the crap is out from in it. thats why i prefer to put a pipe in there instead of gutting

i gutted mine, and didnt want to waist my time tryingto pound the crap out of it with a pipe,because you'll never get it all out.so i just used a cutting wheel and cut a big *** accese hole in it, and rewelded it when i was done taking all the crap out.
