Default synthetic to dino

A few months ago i was able to get a great deap on some sythetic oil. It has been in there for 5 months now, i was just wondering what the damage would be if i switch back to regular dino oil? This has been the first time i have put it synthetic and dont want to spend the 60 dollars for an oil change.

It won't do any damage, but if you just put synthetic in a few months ago it probably doesn't need to be changed yet. Even cheap synthetic is good for at least 6,000 miles. Maybe swap the filter out though if you bought a cheapo.

Ah it's not anywhere near that bad... If you use Mobil 1 or Valvoline synthetic with a good filter, you can do a change for about $30-$35...and that's every six months! Dino will cost you as much or more, because you have to change it twice as often. I'd stay with the synthetic, man.
