Default brake rotor removal on 96 Ram

Trying to remove a really tight rotor that is badly scored. Tried hitting it with non-marring mallet, still stuck. Is there something I'm missing? No retainers on the lugs, so what is keeping it on?

Did you take off the caliper, and if you did beat the sh*t out of it with a real hammer, If the rotor is scored its probably junk anyway

Caliper is off, so I just need to use a heavy hammer since I am replacing it anyway. Thanks for the replys.
