Tail light/dash lights

I tried the "Search" to no avail, and also back about 15 pages manually. Son in law is over with a 96 Ram 1500 and his dash and tail lights are out. I know these are usually on the same circuit, but can not find the fuse for the circuit. Located the two panels. Other possibility is the switch itself. Any suggestions?
