Default Surging and noticeable engine misfire

I've got a little problem on my hands....
The other day driving to work i noticed my truck starting to misfire really bad(which is really weird because the day prior to that the plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor and pcv valve were replaced and the truck ran like brand new). Anyway i continued driving and only while at idle did the truck continue to have a very bad misfire or so it seemed. So i looked at my gauges...the battery voltage was fluctuating a lot and the truck started sucking a lot of gas. The truck started throwing codes. One was about insufficient coolant temperature and the other one was about 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 3 no activity detected. I also started smelling raw fuel..... I have no clue on where to start and was hoping i could get some suggestions.....

Hmm...sounds almost exact of my situation. I had the same misfiring going on and it would hardly move. The fuel smelled really rich, like a snowmobile, and at times was black. I too had just gotten a complete tune-up like you and that didn't do anything. I just got my truck back, he replaced both 02 sensors, and yeah, after all that heartache, she finally runs right now...FINALLY.

its really startin to make me mad........it does it every now and then. It started causin me problems when i ran through a giant mud pit....it started throwin the o2 sensor codes........and started smellin like raw fuel. Cat was changed and one o2 sensor was changed.....my buddy said it could be the other o2 sensor or a fuel system problem
