Default 35's on 98 4x4 with just body lift?

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to fit 35's on a 98 Ram 4x4 with just a body lift? I kept seeing them on cardomain but JUST found out that the offroad sports sit 2inches higher so now I'm kinda assuming all the ones I had seen with the 35's and only the body lifts were probaly the offroad sport models. Figured I would still ask. Id really like to get the 35's but theres no point in payin for the 3inch body lift and then a 3 inch suspension lift (Id like to keep it at 6inches of lift) so if I cant get the 35's with just the body lift then I'll just wait til I can afford to get a 6 inch suspension lift. Anyways, thanks for any input.

Also. The dodge I have now, 96 Ram 4x4 Sport has 33's on it right now, they rub a bit but not that bad, only when you turn real real hard, is it possible that its the off road edition or do 33's fit easy on these trucks. CLEARLY Im in the dark.

Thanks so much.

Body lifts are bad. Streches wires and causes unnessary stress on the body itself. depending on the height u probebly could but like I said suspension lift would be much better.

Well I have 33's on my 98 with no lift. The only thing is they rub on the lower suspension arm on the drivers side when turning left.

If one buys a body lift from a manufacturer they are safe and cost effective way to lift a dodge.
body lifts still have a bad rap from the old days before companies manufactured them and everybody booty fabbed them. then yes they are dangerous.

but I how many reports of stressed vehicles and damage occuring from a body lift?

body fit=BIGG PROMBLEMS and lots of them i have a level kit on my 97 ram and 33 and it sit higher then my buddys lift chevy and he got 6in lift and 35. if you put a 6 in lift on your truck you have to do like 37in tall tire to make it look right. in my eye at least i like the whole wheel well filled up i hate when people lift they truck and theres little tire on it. another thing to help you out you can go to skyjackers web site found a link call "real rides" it tells you what size tire and lift they have hope i help a little aleast

You will rub your control arms w/ or w/o a lift unless you get some rims w/ more suitable backspacing.

This post is completley useless. Body "fits" don't equal "BIGG PROMBLEMS"
35s look completly fine on 6" of lift. I wouldn't put 37s on anythign less than 8 inches of lift. Having the tire fill up the whole wheel well might look nice on a street queen, but that space is there for a reason. and that reason is not tearing your fenders off when you go offroad. Which is yet another great reason to add a body lift...

Here's mine.
6" of lift (3" suspension, 3" body) with 35" tires.

35's look fine with 6" of lift.

Back to the original question. Running 35's without changing gears will significantly impact your performance and fuel economy, so keep that in mind too. I think with the off-road suspension, and a 3" body lift, you will be able to fit 35's. Might rub some when you turn sharp.
