flange design andthickness. collector length. lol[sm=dontgetit.gif]

i havent heard anyone say tube thickness (gauge of steel used)
or
tube size, not length.(as in1 5/8inch primaries)

with a street motor 16 gauge steel is good to go because it is more durable than the 18 gauge used on a lot of race applications which are swapped out every season.

why would you say the v-10 needs pretty big tubes?
4 inch bore 3.88 inch stroke... 1 3/4 tubes is fine and dandy.

with that said, headers are like women. they all functionally do the same thing, but would you want JUST ANY OLD ONE?

Nothing wrong with short tube headers. I think they will give you more low end torque, while long tubes give you more top end. I could be wrong. Been a real long time since I've looked at headers.
Yeah you're wrong

I kinda feel bad for you lv2snwbrd, this topic has been beatn' to death before. I'd try doing a search on headers in the forum, there should be alot of info for you to read.
