i wouldnt trust them for an extended period of time.

seen wayy too much janky crap come off that site and onto peoples cars around here

i got my CAI off ebay i got this one and it works great and i can actually feel the difference its not a huge difference but i can feel a difference and i got it off ebay so just bc someone says not to get something off ebay doesnt mean they are right. you just gotta find the right one. make sure u dont get one of those crappy aluminum ones bc those are a big POS!!! lol.

No offense to anyone, but these have already been discussed in several other threads.

For about that same price, you can go get a round 14x3 air cleaner and get more air into the engine than any CAI. The only way a CAI truly helps our trucks, possibly over a 14x3, would be if the air is pulled from the front of the truck or the wheel well where the air is actually colder than it is in the engine compartment. A K&N or one of these, that pulls the hot air from the engine compartment, doesn't really help you any except for the fact that its a bigger and more free flowing filter, which the 14x3 will do better and for the same price or cheaper.

Thats a summary of the last thread on CAIs, pretty much.

yeah and all the ones i listed take the air from either the wheel well or from the front of the truck as for if you get a round air filter its sitting in the middle of your engine area and lets think..hmmmmmmmmmmm............. im pretty sure that all that air is HOT. you might be getting more air but its also hotter unlike the ones that i posted to help people out that suck air either from the wheel well or the front of the truck
