Default got my own parking garage level

Upon arriving at class today, I slowly made my way to the top of the parking garage. No spots available. So I circled back down and back up and still not spots. At this point I noticed absolutely no one was parked at the very top level of the structure. Because it wasn't plowed. So there was about 10-12" of snow up there. And about a 3-4' drift in front of the entrance and exit. I wasn't sure if I could make it because the drifts were right after 90 degree turns and somewhat steep ramps to the next level. So I wouldn't be able to get any momentum. Even without snow my truck can barely make the turns because they're so tight. I figured I'd go for it. Into 4hi I go and make my my way around the corner and through the drift, a lot easier than i expected. Towards the top of the incline I started loosing traction but I barely made it. There i was with a whole level to myself. I guess no one else thought they could make it.

Another one of the benefits of driving a 4 wheel drive truck

Man I wish we would get just a little bit to play in. Although last time I got to play in the snow the shaft on my power steering pump snapped![:'(]

Definitely a good thing i had 4wd. A 2wd Chevy got stuck in the garage in front of me earlier today. Which is understandable. Except where he was stuck was plowed. And it was on one of the ramps going DOWN. Idk how he managed to get stuck going down a ramp with less than an inch of snow on the ground. I didn't think i'd make it through the drift because I couldn't get any momentum going but it cruised right through no problem.

I use to have a 2 wheel drive truck. It sucked. A chevy cavalier can go way more places thana 2 wheel drive truck can.

Unless you have a locker, 2 wheel drive really means 1 wheel drive. and if that wheel happens to be upon something slippery or loose then you're done. They can get stuck on a hill when it's totally dry out if there's gravel on the road. I use to keep 300 pounds of sandbags in the back in the winter time. Helped out alot.

I was right behind him, so I must admit it made me want a locker. Watching him hit the gas and both tires would briefly spin, then one would stop and only one would continue to spin. I got to see an open differential in action. Obviously I wasn't impressed at all.
