OK BUT BACK TO THE SUBJECT.

Check out Performance-Curve.com

you'll find catalytic converters for 37-55 dollars in stainless steel shells. X pipe, y pipes, and other exhaust components like bung fittings, stainless steel pipes and more can be found there and I've yet to find better prices for what they're selling.

There's a difference between loud and annoying, you have to find the happy medium.

2.5 in, 2.5 out, single pipe is suffucient and will sound good with a performance muffler

what happened to "Ok im going to go with an H pipe 2 cats, 2 mufflers.. flow 40's. Now, what do i have to buy? Can i buy a kit? Help please."

all you have to do is take your truck to a reputable exhaust specialty place. they will hook you up. tell them you want the setup itold you, orthe 2 cats setup with the H pipe.if you'd like to buy the mufflers yourself, then do that, but most of the time they can get the same exact mufflers, the generic version, for a lot less. don't buy a kit unless you plan on WELDING it yourself. DO NOT buy a clamp style kit.

don't do a si/do setup. its such a waste of money, when for a little more green, you can get the REAL DEAL.

that setup with flowmaster 40s wont be even close to annoying. my buddy's truck with flowmaster 10 series single chamber mufflers and pipes that throw out the middle of the truck is not really that bad until he goes wot. you'll be really happy with the setup i have drawn for you, or something very similar to it. don't skimp out on this. do it once and forget it.

With a 318, stock internals I would go with 2 1/4" pipes. 360 or modified 318 2 1/2". Al so run an X or H crossover. [sm=americanasmiley.gif]

I believe Magnaflow makes a muffler with an x pipe built into it.
