Default fix for collapsing sagging fan shroud

my fan shroud would not stay latched onto the radiator due to warpage. three little screws keep it locked in. drill pilot holes to prevent the plastic from breaking.

That looks like that could be hazardous to the rad...

after awhile it looks like they would wear into the aluminum and cause a leak

I wonder if there isn't some kind of clip you could buy or fab up to fix this solution.

The radiator has holes that could accept clips, you can see it in the second picture.

Maybe some nice fabricator could make some up, make good money selling them on ebay and then give me a pair for the idea, because mine sags too.

I guess I could stick another screw were it don't go, I had one sticking out my battery terminal for months.[&:]

Have you noticed any screw movement from vibrations?

I can fab clips that would work. Mine sags a little in the middle. I'll add that to my list and let the board know what I came up with.
