Default Big 3 Alternator Upgrade

Has anyone done the big 3 upgrade on a 1995 Dodge if so can you give me some information on the engine block ground to chassis and the battery to chassis

Definition: the "Big Three" upgrade means improving the current capacity of three cables: 1) alternator positive to battery positive, 2) battery negative to chassis, and 3) engine ground to chassis. Some people replace the factory wiring; others add additional cables to the factory wiring. This instruction is to add cables to existing OEM wiring.

Since this question comes up again and again here, I thought this might be a useful post. Performing a "Big 3" upgrade on your vehicle is one way to improve the electrical system performance and its ability to supply power to your audio system.

Interesting. Can't say I'm in to Megawatt car stereo though.
I wonder if it actually makes a difference of if it just another way to waste $100
I'm skeptical.

it is supposed tohelp out alot keeps headlights from dimming when at stop lights and stuff, if you have things drawing lots of power from your altenator but from all the fires iv been seeing on here i dont think i wanna do it[&:]
