well i changed my mind. i went the round intake route. i didnt want to wait. just finished putting it on and went for a test drive. WOW! that made a huge difference. doesnt really make the noise but i can feel a difference. it also made my exhuast sound throatier. im happy with it now i just need to find either a ram air hood or some way to get fresh air on it.
guess how you can get more air into it.....its so simple that anyone with a "cold air intake" will hit themselves. Remove that foam on the cowl above the filter. DONE. More fresh air. Heck of a lot more than some cockamamey cold air intake.

DUHHH. things like chrome and plastic add horsepower didn't you know!??!?!?



my favorite is when they call an air cleaner an "air hat"
