Default Any Ideas?

Hey guys I have a 97 ram 1500 4x4 5.9 liter, 192,000 miles. Last couple weeks it has had intermitent problem. Starts misfiring, and dies, sometimes after 10 miles somtimes after 30 miles.Once it cools down runs fine for another few miles then does it again.I've replaced the distributor cap, rotor, wires, plugs(champion) camshaft position sensor(pickup plate),coil,o2 sensors, and muffler. I had the muffler shop do a back pressure test on cat and they said it was fine, I replaced the cat a year ago because it came apart. I talked to a dealer and they said the next thing they would do is replace the PCM, I just don't want to spend 3 to 5 hundred dollars if it is'nt the problem. The only code it logs is 43,(Peak primary circuit not achieved with the maximum dwell time) Any input would be appreciated. I'm going nuts trying to figure it out. Thanks.

I'm no mechanic, but have you checked the battery / alternator?
I was told once that if the PCM doesn't receive the proper voltage, it can cause problems.
