Can any one clarify if these are factory towhooks? I was under the impressesion the ones from mopar "dodge" had 5 mounting bolts...and i only see 3? ideas on if this is a good deal? also i found 2 2.5" lift springs on ebay for a 99 dodge ram but they wanted 200$ seems a little high for 2 springs alone or is that about average cost?

I have seen those hooks before. The hooks themselves look factory but I am not sure about the brackets. I was looking to get a set for my 02 2500 and they are what I have been seeing minus the brackets.
