I wouldn't want to use the Pro-Flo or the extreme lid or whatever

My truck does not have a garage, So I would not want water leaking down in the Intake

i dont know from the looks of it dont think it would be an issue any more than the stock. and from the looks of the pics. i dont think Theaterman keeps his in the garage? plus there is a gasket weather stripping piece at the back where my hood meet ups near the windshield, i dunno if does any good. but ive noticed any water ever getting up there. anybody have hard evidence/ experiences ?

Yeah I don't keep mine in the garage either. It wont fit so I keep the newer Honda in there. Being a 06 it's the main car anyway. I've given up on trying to keep mine in a garage.

So me having a big hole over top of mine and having no cowl weather stripping would mean nothing when I say your not going to get water into it?

A litle water is actually good, it cleans the combustion chambers. Ever pull a head and notice shiny piston tops....cause you had a coolant leak. Its like a steam cleaner.

ou are not gonna get more than a little water in there.

Funny you should say water meth. I wanted to make my camaro alcohol injected, just because its hard to do and I don't know anything about timing...what better time to learn. And if you mess up, your intake blows through your hood.
