Default Ball Joints and U-Joints Brands

Ok so I have bad ball joints and a bad u-joint. What should I do while replacing these? Also what would be an upgrade from the stock parts? Last I've heard of converting to Kingpin and that its a really good upgrade. Is this true?

Thanks oldie I'll look into it. I wouldn't let iceman work on my truck either. Whats makes the moog better then stock? Is there anything else I should replace when I'm tearing it all apart.

Spicer or Moog. I think Spicers got used in my truck. Dana makes some also that Napa sells for a lot cheaper than the Spicers but I can't comment on the quality of those. Basically when I asked this question I got told Moog or Spicer.

Moog is top of the line and will have a lifetime warrany. My neighbor is a retired mechanic with the Oklahoma National Guard, and he's told me Spicer is just as good even though it's cheaper. I wouldn't buy anything other than those two brands.
