Check the usual suspects. Ebay is a place to look, but I'd really check out the sellers before you buy from there. 4Wheel & Off road magazine, or any other 4wd mag will have adds form various dealers for SkyJacker, Tuff Country, Rancho, etc. A small word of warning, a lift that high gets expensive quick. You are generally gonna have to run longer brake lines, dropped steering linke, pitman arms etc. The higher the lift, the more involved it gets. Also, be prepared to add an extra steering stabilizer, to compensate for more drift in an already spongy steering system. Don't get me wrong, I love my truck, but as a DD a truck lifted that high ain't much fun. I'm planning on about 2.5-3" for mine with some 33's and call it done. However with a good tire/wheel combo, a big lift makes an already badass truck even more badass. Good Luck and post pics when done.

I know where a brand new 5.5" Fabtech lift is for $1000 if it isn't sold already. It's been on Craigslist in my area for a week or two. It's a good price for that kit too, and the shop that is selling it (Predator) is an excellent 4x4 shop in my area. I've done business with them before, and they are good to deal with in my opinion.
